Shipping policy

At Whats That Shirt, we work with Printful to print and ship your orders. Because every item is made to order, please allow time for both production and delivery.

Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 2–7 business days after payment is confirmed.
• This includes the time needed to print and prepare your custom shirt(s).
• During busy periods (holidays, sales, etc.), processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order leaves our production facility, delivery times are as follows:

Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
• We offer standard shipping on all orders. Faster shipping options may be available at checkout depending on your location.

Tracking Your Order

• Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
• You can also track your order in the “Orders” section of your account.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• High order volume
• Carrier issues
• Customs (for international orders)
• Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to:

• Customs fees
• Import taxes
• Duties

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.

Multiple Addresses

We currently only ship to one address per order. If you need to send items to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.
