Welcome to Whats That Shirt! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from our store. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Products & Custom Orders We sell custom-printed apparel and merchandise through a print-on-demand model. All products are made to order. Because each item is custom-printed, we cannot accept changes to orders once they have been submitted for production.
2. Intellectual Property & User Designs You are responsible for any designs, text, or images you submit. By uploading content, you confirm that you own the rights to it or have permission to use it. We reserve the right to refuse any order that contains content we deem illegal, hateful, or in violation of our content policy.
We own all rights to our original designs and branding. You may not copy, reproduce, or resell our designs without written permission.
3. Orders, Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock issues, or content violations. Payment is processed securely at the time of order.
4. Shipping & Delivery We partner with Printful for production and shipping. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the product. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or production issues. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Due to the custom nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 14 days with photos, and we will work with Printful to resolve the issue.
6. Content & Conduct Policy We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders containing content that is:
- Hateful, discriminatory, or promotes violence
- Infringes on trademarks or copyrights
- Explicitly illegal in your country or ours
By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that some of our designs are satirical or provocative in nature.
7. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Whats That Shirt and our partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
